1.Whole Food Folate: This supplement has become one of my daily essentials because it delivers folate the way nature intended — from real food, not synthetic folic acid like most supplements. I started taking it as soon as I found out I was pregnant, and it quickly became something I truly believe is foundational for both pregnancy support and overall wellness. Unlike synthetic folic acid, whole-food folate is easier for the body to recognise and use. This formula combines nutrient-dense foods like Brussels sprouts, beets, and organic Swiss chard, providing a clean, natural source of folate in its most bioavailable form.

Why I love it:

  • Supports healthy fetal development during pregnancy

  • Helps maintain healthy energy levels

  • Supports methylation and detox pathways

  • Nourishes cellular health and DNA formation

2.EMF-Free Headphones: These headphones have been a favorite for a while! I was so happy when I found these because they offer the perfect swap. You still get all the perks of using headphones without exposing yourself to extra radiation. They use an air-tube design, so the sound travels through the tube instead of directly from a Bluetooth or wireless source, which is right next to your head. And if these aren’t your style, even simple wired headphones are a safer step compared to Bluetooth. I encourage you to do your own research; it's a small shift that I believe can make a big difference in your health.

3.Beef Sticks: This is very new for me, and I know… I’m late to the party, lol. I have no idea why it took me so long to try these (honestly, the look of them always gave me the ick). But lately I’ve been craving more protein, and decided to give one a try. Actually, my daughter is obsessed, and after taking a bite of hers, I was hooked. Such an easy snack, especially for on the go. I personally like Chomps or Thousand Hills.

4.Pink Himalayan Salt Lamp Nightlight: I’ve been loving these pink Himalayan salt nightlights lately. I have them in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and hallways, and they’ve made evenings feel so much calmer. Keeping our rooms dimly lit at night is highly supportive of our circadian rhythm, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference this past month by doing so. The soft pink glow is much gentler on the eyes than regular bulbs — even the incandescent or full-spectrum lights that I use and love for our daytime lighting. Additionally, Himalayan salt lamps naturally release negative ions, which can help freshen the air and reduce some of the EMFs emitted by everyday electronics. It’s such a small switch, but it creates the most soothing nighttime environment. These are the ones I bought!

5.Still Getting Outside: Even though it’s cold, I still try to get outside every day — even if it’s just for a few minutes. Fresh air and natural light make such a difference in how we feel, and our bodies really thrive on that little bit of sunshine. During the winter months, when most of us aren’t outside for long stretches, and our vitamin D levels can drop, supplementing with vitamin D can be really helpful. It supports mood, immune health, energy, and overall well-being, especially in the darker, colder seasons.
