  1. Standard Process Fen-Cho: Supporting our elimination and digestive health with these key ingredients: Collinsonia (root), fenugreek seed, desiccated bovine bile, and okra (fruit).  I specifically have been giving this supplement to my 2-year-old daughter who has touch and go issues with constipation or straining to push. After just sprinkling about 1/4 capsule into her smoothie, a few hours later, she had a much easier time going to the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it! Now, once or twice a week, I do the same thing, and she hasn’t had any issues in a few weeks!

  2. Primary Pure Everything Spray:  I’ve been loving this “multi-tasking mist!” While it has so many uses, the way I use it most often (and daily) is as a face toner mist. Lately, I’ve also been spraying it on my belly since I’m 5 months pregnant, and I love the hydrating, healing, and anti-inflammatory support it gives my skin as it stretches and changes. The formula is packed with powerhouse ingredients like aloe vera for soothing moisture, magnesium to calm and balance, apple cider vinegar and witch hazel to gently tone and clarify, and essential oils of lavender and tea tree to purify and refresh. It’s such a simple, clean swap that feels like a treat every time I use it!

  3. Lying with my legs up for 10 minutes: One of my favorite simple resets is lying with my legs up straight against the wall or my bed frame for about 10 minutes. I’ve been trying to do this every night before bed, and it’s a remarkably easy way to calm the nervous system, support lymphatic drainage, and even give digestion a gentle boost (if you’re feeling bloated, I recommend giving it a try!). This little practice also improves circulation and leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed, perfect for when your body or mind needs a quick reset.

  4. Quicksilver Scientific Quinton Isotonic: I’ve been loving adding a splash of Quinton Isotonic to my morning glass of water—it’s like giving your hydration a major upgrade. Sourced from pure seawater, it delivers natural electrolytes and over 70 trace minerals that our bodies thrive on. This simple addition supports energy, cellular balance, and overall hydration. I also like to amp it up when I’m feeling under the weather, for an extra layer of support. And speaking of hydration,be sure to sign up for Tiny Greens Farm's FREE monthly newsletter for more health & wellness content, tips, and recipes. This month’s feature is all about hydration!

  5. Blue light blocking glasses: I go through waves with different wellness hacks (as we all do!), and lately I’ve started wearing my blue light blocking glasses again. I wear them during the day while working on the computer, which helps reduce eye strain and that heavy, tired feeling that can build up. At night, I use them while watching a show or scrolling (yes, guilty of this too!), and I’ve noticed they help me sleep more deeply and wake up feeling refreshed. These glasses filter out harmful blue light that can disrupt our natural sleep-wake rhythm and overall well-being. I use the pair from TrueDark, but there are other great options too, like Ra Optics.
