  1. Standard Process Congaplex

This has been my go-to supplement for years when I am feeling rundown, a cold is coming on, and especially when I am 100 percent under the weather. Congaplex supports the immune system with a synergistic blend of whole-food ingredients, including vitamin C, calcium, and ribonucleic acid (RNA), to nourish immune cells and promote recovery. It also contains Thymus and Adrenal extracts for additional immune and stress support, as well as ingredients like Carrot, Sweet Potato, and Alfalfa that deliver powerful phytonutrients your body can easily recognize and utilize. I love that it works naturally with your body’s own defenses—no harsh stimulants, just real food-based support that helps you bounce back quicker and stay resilient.

  2. Glass All Around

An oldie but one worth sharing. This swap was one of the very first steps I took in my "overhaul” journey toward a cleaner, healthier, and more non-toxic lifestyle. Plastic containers, cups, and bottles can contain harmful chemicals that leach into food—especially when the food is warm or stored for long periods.

Switching to glass was such a simple yet impactful change. I love my glass food storage containers, jars, cups, mugs, and water bottles—they’re durable, easy to clean, and don’t hold onto odors or stains the way plastic does. Plus, glass keeps food tasting fresh and feels a bit more intentional and elevated in daily use. It’s one of those small swaps that truly adds up over time, supporting both your health and the planet.

  3. Open Windows Daily

One of the simplest (and free!) health hacks I love—opening your windows. Even just 10–15 minutes a day can make a difference by clearing out stagnant indoor air and bringing in fresh oxygen. It helps reduce indoor toxins, refreshes your space, and even boosts your mood and energy levels.

With so many of us spending most of our time indoors, this small daily habit is an easy way to support your overall well-being—and your home will feel lighter and fresher too.

  4. Beekeeper’s Naturals

This is also on my list of go-tos when I’m feeling under the weather. Just coming off a cold, these products were true staples for me—especially the Immune Support Spray, Soothing Lozenges, and Bee Pollen.

What I love about Beekeeper’s Naturals is that their products are made with clean, high-quality ingredients—no synthetic chemicals, dyes, or fillers. The Immune Support Spray is made with propolis, a powerful antioxidant and natural immune defender used by bees to protect their hives. The Soothing Lozenges are packed with propolis and honey to help calm the throat and support recovery. And the Bee Pollen is an amazing superfood that provides natural energy, supports immunity, and offers a wide range of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. I actually try to take this product more regularly throughout the year.

They even have a kids’ line—my daughter uses the Kids Immune Support Spray daily to help keep her immune system strong and resilient. It’s a beautiful reminder of how powerful nature’s ancient remedies can be—sometimes the simplest, most natural ingredients really are the most effective.

  5. Creatine

My newest supplement add-in! While it’s definitely been getting a lot of buzz lately (and yes, it’s a bit “trendy”), I believe it’s here to stay—and for good reason. Creatine is one of the most well-researched nutrients for supporting the body’s natural energy production and resilience. It helps your cells create and sustain energy more efficiently, which can support strength, muscle recovery, brain function, and even overall vitality as we age.

I’ve been using Thorne’s Creatine, and I love how simple it is to add in—a scoop in my morning water, coffee, or smoothie. It’s great before a workout, and even on days you’re not exercising, it still supports energy balance and overall well-being.
