Chiropractic care: I've been benefiting from chiropractic care for years, and now it’s something my whole family loves. We’ve all seen amazing results from getting regular adjustments every 4–6 weeks (that’s the rhythm that works best for us). My daughter has been going since she was just 6 weeks old. It helped her tremendously when she was experiencing digestive issues and continues to support her overall health to this day.
Active Skin Repair: Meet your new go-to for naturally healing cuts, scrapes, burns, and common skin issues like rashes, acne, and eczema. It’s been a lifesaver for my toddler this summer, with some unfortunate falls. I love that it doesn’t sting when applied and helps speed up the healing time. They even offer tailored options for adults, kids, and babies!
Chlorine Cleanse Neutralizing Spray: This is a new product for me, but I’m already loving it. I recently discovered that "chlorine chemically bonds to your skin and hair, making it harder to remove than dirt or oil." After just one trip to the pool, I noticed my daughter’s skin showing signs of eczema for the first time. After just a few uses, I already noticed a big difference! Everlane's basic tees & tank: Made with organic cotton, great fit, comes in a range of colors, and is affordably priced (in my opinion!). My personal favorites are the Box-Cut Tee, the Boyfriend Tee, and the Tank in Essential Cotton.
Organic cherries: So sweet and refreshing this summer! My go-to snack thus far!
Bionaturae Durum Semolina and sourdough pasta: I’m obsessed with this pasta brand—and so is my gut! I love being able to enjoy all my favorite comfort foods while still making nourishing, healthy choices. It’s USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, glyphosate-free, and proudly a product of Italy. The pasta is made from high-quality wheat grown on small family farms across Italy, freshly milled for each batch. It’s also slow-dried at low temperatures, preserving both flavor and nutrients. And if you’re all about gut health, their sourdough option is made with fermented grains, offering extra support for digestion.
Sparkling water with lemon: Sometimes you just need a little bubbly water :) A simple (and slightly random) “currently loving” addition, but lately a nice iced glass of sparkling water has hit the spot! A few store brands I’ve been loving are Mountain Valley and Saratoga Springs Water. We also have a sparkling water machine at home, and we love it!
Smoothies: My go-to breakfast these days! Super easy and quick. Plus, you can really jam-pack a bunch of nutrients in there. My personal favorite is the recipe shared in the Tiny Greens Farm newsletter. If you haven't subscribed and want awesome & FREE health & wellness content, sign up here!
Zypan: This is a supplement I always keep on hand. It’s been a long-time staple for me, especially when it comes to indigestion—truly a lifesaver. I also take it before certain meals, especially those heavier in carbs, to support digestion and reduce bloating. If you’re curious to learn more or want to give it a try, click here!
Journaling: I’m so happy I’ve finally gotten back into journaling. It’s something I tend to go through phases with (even though I always feel amazing after and really should stick with it consistently). I use the ThirdEye Thoughts Journal I’ve had for a few years, though unfortunately, I don’t think it’s available anymore. What I love about this particular journal is the layout—it’s quick and simple, but still intentional. Journaling helps me feel calmer, more present, grounded, and positive. Plus, I truly believe in manifestation, and this practice fits right in with that mindset. That said, you can use any journal and find a format that feels good and resonates with you personally!
