3 Ingredient Kale Chips
1 head of organic, local kale
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
1 teaspoon of sea salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
De-stem the kale leaves and rip into chip-size pieces.
Place kale leaves on a lined baking sheet and drizzle oil and sea salt on top.
Mix well by hand making sure all the leaves are coated with oil and salt.
Bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
Be sure to keep an eye out to not burn them as each oven is different. If they are too soft, leave in the oven for a few minutes longer.
