Nutrient-Dense Matcha Latte (Single Serving)
4 oz. hot water, freshly brewed
4 oz. milk of choice (raw milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk)
1 tablespoon of ghee butter (or coconut oil/coconut butter)
1 scoop of collagen powder
1 scoop of matcha+moringa powder
1 teaspoon of local, raw honey (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Pour and enjoy.
Optional: sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Make sure your milk is warmed or room temperature. If it comes right out of the fridge you may not get as warm a beverage as you'd like.
Honey can be replaced with another natural sweetener such as maple syrup or coconut sugar.
